This modern grey kitchen for a client in Bexley is an excellent example of how a sleek, simple design can create an open and bright space.
The client’s kitchen has a galley layout, with one end opening onto the dining area and the other onto the garden through a floor-to-ceiling glass door. Despite its relatively narrow size, this kitchen still feels light and airy — thanks to ample natural light and the soft colour palette.
The cabinetry is made with Pronorm’s X-Line range, creating a sleek design focused on elegant simplicity. We used a combination of grey units — Light Grey and Artstone — to create a clean look that provided a subtle contrast without detracting from the design.
Artscut’s Bianco Mysterio was used on both the worktops and backsplash. The light, separated veining against the white quartz material, resembled marble and added a sense of luxury to the kitchen. Finally, we installed Siemens appliances, and Franke sinks and taps to complete the modern kitchen.
